Explore Our Campus

Nestled in the heart of beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida, our 5-acre campus offers a serene and inspiring learning environment surrounded by lush green trees, open grassy spaces, and winding pathways that connect our school community. The campus is thoughtfully designed with nine buildings spread throughout the grounds, creating a village-like setting that encourages exploration, independence, and connection.

Our campus is home to a working farm featuring goats and chickens, along with a peaceful fish pond that adds to the natural beauty of the space. The farm is primarily cared for and operated by upper school students enrolled in our Animal Sciences program, while younger students have the opportunity to visit, observe, and enjoy these enriching, hands-on learning experiences as part of their school day.

A thriving campus garden allows students to grow a variety of vegetables, learning about sustainability, responsibility, and where food comes from. The garden also helps provide fresh produce and nourishment for our farm animals, creating a meaningful cycle of care and stewardship across the campus.

Students also benefit from two playgrounds designed for active play and social development, as well as a covered turf field that supports physical education and outdoor activities. A large, fully equipped woodshop provides additional opportunities for creativity, hands-on learning, and skill development.

Together, these spaces create a vibrant, nature-rich campus where learning extends beyond the classroom and students of all ages are inspired to explore, create, and grow.

Pinnacle Farms

Our farm was established to provide hands-on learning opportunities for students interested in exploring careers in animal sciences. Students in Pre-K through 5th grade participate in experiential learning and educational programs through visits to the farm, where they engage in age-appropriate activities that build knowledge of animal behavior and care. The farm is operated and maintained by Upper School students, who take an active role in managing animal care, horticulture, aquatic biosystems, and the greenhouse, gaining real-world experience in agricultural and life sciences.

Houses (grades 7-12)

Our Upper School House System is a long-standing tradition inspired by schools in England. Upon entry, each student is randomly assigned to one of several houses, creating a strong sense of belonging and community across grade levels.

Houses provide opportunities for connection, leadership, and school spirit through friendly competition in athletics, academic challenges, debates, and service events. Students earn merit points by demonstrating our core values of community, kindness, gratitude, and respect. At the end of each year, the house with the highest total is awarded the House Cup.

Each house also selects a charity partner annually, working together to raise funds and support meaningful community causes. This fosters a culture of service and reinforces the importance of giving back.

The house system builds school pride while encouraging teamwork, responsibility, and positive relationships across the Upper School.

Lower School students also share in the excitement, looking forward to the day they join their house community and begin participating in this special tradition.

Big Buddies

Our Big Buddies Program pairs older students with younger classmates to build meaningful connections across grade levels. Through shared activities, projects, and special events, students develop leadership, confidence, and a strong sense of community.

Younger students benefit from positive role models and individualized attention, while older students grow in responsibility, empathy, and mentorship skills. These relationships often become a highlight of the school experience, fostering friendships that extend beyond the classroom and strengthen our school family as a whole.

Field Trips & Enrichment Experiences

Our field trip program extends learning beyond the classroom through both off-campus adventures and on-campus experiences. Students explore local destinations, engage with their community, and connect classroom concepts to real-world applications.

In addition, we welcome special guests and visiting experts to campus, providing students with unique, hands-on learning opportunities right where they are. These experiences enrich our curriculum, spark curiosity, and create lasting memories that deepen each child’s understanding of the world around them.
